Whether you're making a fashion shoot, a large film, a low-budget feature, a short, a commercial or a major drama series, we'll always do our best to accommodate you.

Our bureaucracy-free approach means we've been able to help productions with notice periods as long as six months or as short as six hours.

We generally require a lead time of 7-10 days, as we need to allow 5 days for local authorities to respond to site-specific risk assessments.

In exchange for this level of flexibility, we expect incoming production companies to be fully co-operative and highly courteous to our residents and visitors. In the first instance, we'll always need:

1) a shooting schedule

2) evidence of risk assessment

3) a copy of your £10m public liability insurance
