Submission Guidelines
1066 Country is a Destination Management Organisation that promotes that promotes tourism in this historic corner of East Sussex for domestic and international visitors. Our geographic area covers the coast from Pevensey to Camber, and inland towards Flimwell. This includes Battle, Bexhill, Bodiam, Camber, Hastings, Herstmonceux, Robertsbridge, Rye, Ticehurst and Winchelsea.
We will only approve events that may be of interest to visitors to 1066 Country.
Event submitters must ensure they have copyright permissions for their image to be uploaded to our events calendar.
By submitting your event, you are consenting for this to be used in promotional activity including newsletters, social media and press releases.
For HASTINGS events only: We regret that due to a change in our funding structure (as of 2023) we are currently only able to accept events in Hastings / St Leonards-on-Sea that are submitted by our members.
