Claire Fletcher: Illustrating the Jungle Book

About

Illustrations by well-known and much-loved Hastings-based artist Claire Fletcher, inspired by Rudyard Kipling's classic story, The Jungle Book, displayed in the home of the writer himself. See characters from Kipling's stories reimagined in charming original watercolours created especially for Bateman's in celebration of Kipling's original books being published 130 years ago. In this joyful family-friendly exhibition, come along with your little ones and see if you can spot bears, elephants and tigers. Original Christmas art works by Claire Fletcher will be added into the exhibition from 15 November 2024.

Saturday 7 September 2024–Sunday 5 January 2025 (closed 24 & 25 December) 11am–3.30pm
