Join David Kam for a dynamic movement practice that expands yoga beyond traditional asana (posture) into play and expression.
This class is for anyone looking to explore movement as raw human expression, unbounded by the mat — rolling, crawling, inverting, and engaging with space and others in unexpected ways. Flow takes precedence over form.
Participants can expect fluid flow and spatial games grounded in playful somatic inquiry, with moments for rest and integration.
All being invitations to discover radical joy, freedom and wild permission through yoga. No choreography, no pressure — just space to move, feel and flow. Curious movers of all abilities welcome.
