Tickets will be sold at the entrance and in Froggies Soft Play on the day of your visit.
Any child, regardless of age, entering the Grotto needs to have a ticket purchased for them.
This includes a hand wrapped present for each child & time with Father Christmas.
The Father Christmas Grotto ticket does not include entry into Knockhatch Adventure Park.
Without an entrance ticket to the Park you will not be allowed through to visit Father Christmas.
Adults and children have to have Park entry tickets.
Knockhatch Adventure Park entrance tickets must be purchased separately on the gate or online.
The Queue
1. Once you have purchased your Father Christmas Grotto ticket(s), please go to Froggies.
2. The Elves will check your ticket and give you a number for the virtual queue.
3. The Elves will call your number and you can enter the Grotto!
Annual Pass Holders
All Annual Pass Holder children wishing to visit Father Christmas, regardless of age, entering the Grotto needs to have a ticket purchased for them.
*There is also a 10% Annual Pass discount for the Father Christmas Grotto. Please show your child's Annual Pass when you purchase the tickets on the gate or in Froggies. This discount is only for Annual Pass members to redeem and use with Annual Pass children.
