On arrival you will be greeted with delicious welcome refreshments before warming up with Georgina. You will then set off on a guided run in the countryside around our hotel, taking in the wild expanses of Romney Marsh and the River Rother with its seal population and chugging fishing boats; there isn't a more picturesque route in Kent! Arrive back at the Open Space studio for a blissful recovery Yoga class with Katie, specially designed to help stretch and release the hips and legs.
