Join Sally Parkes for an insightful and empowering Menoyoga workshop, designed to demystify the phases of menopause—Perimenopause, Menopause, and Post-menopause—and explore how they impact the body. Through engaging visuals, you'll gain a deeper understanding of the changes in a woman's musculoskeletal and cardiac systems, including the effects of medical menopause.
In the second half of the workshop, experience a holistic approach to movement with yoga tailored to the needs of the menopausal body and mind. Learn how to adapt your practice to build strength and flexibility while accommodating symptoms like joint pain and increased body temperature, ensuring a practice that nurtures and supports you. All participants will also a receive printed hand out to take away.
