With no right moves and no expectations, simply let your body dance in joyful expression to uplifting music, both directed and free-dance motion, your body becomes a vessel for both playful and divine energy flowing through you. Then, sink into deep relaxation with a Gong bath, where sound vibrations clear old patterns and restore balance.
We close with mantra chanting (sacred sounds that hold profound spiritual significance), an ancient practice that focuses the mind, cultivates inner peace, and awakens higher consciousness. When combined with dance and gong, mantras have the power to unleash a surge of energy, joy, and liberation.
