Garden at Stoats Holiday Home shows terrace and tables in sunshine

About

Welcome to Stoats, a holiday home in the beautiful area of Winchelsea Beach, East Sussex. Near Rye Harbour Nature Reserve and only a few hundred metres from the beach, this is the ideal location to enjoy a relaxing break. Whether you just want to sit and read in the garden, pick up a paint brush and easel, walk your dogs or use your binoculars for a bit of twitching, Stoats is ideally located. Surrounded by a wide selection of places to eat out as well as lots of interesting places to visit and a centre for musicians, artists and craft creaters, Stoats is convenient for cross-Channel guests and not far from Brighton, Dover, Folkestone and Canterbury.

Stoats is a friendly, comfortable 'home from home' for any season. Being on one level, the less mobile can join in everything too. There are toys for small people, books, board games and DVDs for all ages, and squishy sofas to unwind and perhaps snooze. The enclosed back garden is sunny and sheltered, with a big barbecue. There are no street lights in the village so star displays can be stunning. It's cosy in winter too.

We look forward to welcoming you soon.
