A place for special occasions.
Award winning 5 star Bed and Breakfast accommodation nestled into the secluded grounds of our 15th century timber-framed Tudor home.
Reached by its own driveway, the Studio is completely self-contained, quite a distance from the main house and blissfully private. Enjoy the flexibility and total freedom of your own space to really wind down and relax.
In the morning stroll down to the main house for an unhurried, informal breakfast with locally sourced ingredients and eggs from our own chickens.
We are conveniently situated on the doorstep of Rye, famous for its enchanted cobbled streets, medieval houses, individual shops and galleries.
Several famous gardens are very near with Great Dixter Gardens in walking distance; Sissinghurst Castle and Pashley Manor just a short drive away.
The beautiful beaches of Camber and Winchelsea offer walks along scenic dunes, dramatic cliffs, interesting wildlife and stunning sunsets.
Several local countryside walks start directly from the Studio. We have walked them all and written up guides and directions for our guests to enjoy during their stay.
