Our unique and exceptional view right on the beach is one of the many reasons this is a firm favourite for artisan coffee lovers and foodies alike. Conveniently situated in the middle of this lower promenade, in the midst of the iconic Bottle Alley. You can either kick back on one of the many deckchairs right on the beach or take advantage of our sixty seater undercover area to watch the waves roll in.

We pride ourselves on knocking out delicious coffee and rotating guest roasters seven days a week. Our approach is simple, we work with the best local suppliers in Sussex to put together a unique menu worthy of those beach views. We even have free dog treats for your four legged friends, who are welcome off lead right in front of our beach area.

Our menu includes Poké bowls, flatbreads, sourdough crumpets & brioche sub rolls, with fillings like salmon, crayfish, harissa mushrooms & the house ‘hatch’ special pea guacamole - a planet friendly alternative to avocado. If you fancy something sweet, then chose from our warm cinnamon buns, chocolate and banana loaf, carrot and orange sponges..plus many more.

When the sun is going down coffee can be swapped for a glass of wine, locally sourced beers, ales and cider or a cocktail. With live music at the weekends right on the beach, ensures the warm is welcome and the vibes are relaxed. 

Come October, our menu shifts to wholesome, warming food that includes vegan chilli, homemade soups, homemade beans and we showcase our fantastic curries from time to time. With mini hot water bottles and comfy throws, this ensure you can enjoy our beachside vibes all year round.
