Webbe's at the Fish Café in Rye is a lively and vibrant restaurant that is located in a four-storey converted brick warehouse. Using fresh fish from the local ports of Rye and Hastings, it has developed a well-deserved reputation for serving high quality, locally sourced food.
Also home to Webbe's Cookery School, students come from far and wide to learn from chef/owner Paul Webbe’s experience. One day courses are offered including lunch and the chance to learn skills and gain hands on knowledge. Please see our website for cookery school days.
See also our other restaurants The Wild Mushroom and Webbe's Rock-a-Nore.
